Pet Policy


Apartments at the Grand Wisconsin is very pet friendly! Cats and dogs require an additional $300 one-time, non-refundable and an additional monthly pet rent of $20 for cats and $40 for dogs, limit 2 pets maximum per home. Call the leasing office for dog breed restrictions.

High-end finishes in our fully renovated apartments, water/trash/sewer, all of our convenient concierge services, complimentary coffee bar, fresh flavored popcorn daily, fitness center, steam room, whirlpool, sauna and a convenience store! Long-term, friendly and professional staff.

What utilities do residents pay?

ONLY gas and electric!  Apartments at the Grand Wisconsin pays for your water, trash, and sewer, unlike most other downtown competitors!  The building construction is composed of bricks and mortar, concrete and clay tile making a very well-insulated building, meaning most units hold very stable ambient temperatures. Be sure to ask this question when apartment hunting.  That’s a monthly savings of approximately $20!

Is there an upfront “amenity fee” or “administrative fee”?

Not at all!  At Apartments at the Grand Wisconsin, you only pay your application fee, refundable earnest money of $100 to hold a unit for 48 hours if applicable which then gets applied toward your security deposit, and security deposit at time of lease signing.  Most of our competitors will charge these non-refundable fees!  Ask this question when apartment hunting!  That’s an upfront savings of $200-300!

What is the application fee?

$20 per applicant.  All lessees, co-signors, occupants must complete an application.

What is the security deposit?

Upon approval of all application criteria, we require ½ month’s rent for deposit.
