The Carlton

The Carlton welcomes you right to your living room, kitchen, and snack bar. To your right, your hallway has a separate coat closet, washer and dryer closet, as well as furnace closet. Across the hall from your washer and dryer is your own hot water heater. Further down the hall, you’ll walk into an open den, which would work well as an entertainment center or open-concept office. Just off the den, you have your first-floor bathroom and at the very end of the hall, you have one of three bedrooms with a walk-in closet. Around the backside of the den, you have your staircase which leads you to your second bedroom to your right, which likewise has its own walk-in closet and a closet with the upstairs furnace outside the bedroom. To the left of the staircase, you will see your second bathroom, and the door on the diagonal leads to the third and largest bedroom.
