The Emmert

Over two thousand one hundred feet, The Emmert has ample space for everyone. Your front door opens to your living or dining room with an open concept kitchen only viewable from the dining room. Upon entry, you will see your furnace and washer and dryer snuck in a closet for quick access and minimal intrusion. Just down the hall, you have your half bathroom with the first-floor master bedroom at the end of the hall. The master bedroom is quite spacious with a gorgeous fall bathroom and expansive walk-in closet. The stairs to the upstairs are only revealed to you after you walk into the dining room. At the top of the stairs, you will find your furnace likewise hidden in a closet to reduce any unwanted views. To the left of your furnace is the first of three upstairs bedrooms with a walk-in closet in the corner. To the right of your furnace, you will find your second of three upper bedrooms with your second full bathroom and walk-in closet across the hall. The last door is your fourth bedroom with a walk-in closet that rivals the one in your first-floor master bedroom.
