The Rochester

If you’re looking for an oasis of an apartment, The Rochester is the floor plan for you. Your washer and dryer, hot water heater, and furnace are located next to the entrance for easy access. A repairman never has to invade your space in the event you need work done. To the right of your front door, you’ll find your coat closet with your first-floor bathroom just steps away from your first bedroom door. To the right of your entrance, you’ll see your kitchen and snack bar counter that opens up to either your living or dining room. At the back of your living (or dining) room, you’ll find the stairs that lead you to an open room designed as a family room or entertainment center. Likewise, the first door is going to be your second bathroom with the other three doors to your right leading to the three upstairs bedrooms. The first bedroom next to the bathroom is great for young kids or less materialistic roommates while the other two upstairs bedrooms have marvelous walk-in closets to store all your personal treasures.
